Weight Loss – John’s Wellness Journey


This week was a good week.  This week I worked on strength training and working on my core area.  This journey hasn’t been an easy one but, I am just as motivated to get healthy as I was when I started.  I am really starting to see the results of my workouts.  Even a bad day at the gym is better than no day at all.  I am very proud of my accomplishments no matter how big or small or insignificant I think they are.  The workouts with Sarah, at the Franklin Athletic Club, have been so appreciated and I’m focused more than ever on being healthy.  The weight will come off and I’ll be happy.

I am now back on Weight Watchers this program is what works best for my body and the transformation I’m making. It works and I am in better control of my daily food intake. The workouts are starting to increase in intensity and I am feeling successful.  In the end, I have to be happy with what I see and how I feel, and right now I do.  I am a very confident person and, I will make it to my goal.  There is always one road block after another or some obstacle in my path. I have learned to deal with it and I will win in the end.

If it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you.

    This brings to mind Einstein: “Make everything as simple as possible, but not simpler.” A challenge is a good thing. With challenge comes success!! I am following Weight Watchers too. Out of all the programs out there, I feel this program is the most comprehensive when it comes to variety and healthy guidelines. I like their on-line program. I’ll be expecting you to give me some helpful hints about recipes and exercises! Especially exercises. Right now I consider exercise getting up from my chair and walking to the kitchen to prepare my lunch :0(
