Kapnick Insurance Group, founded in 1946 is a leading independent, 3rd generation, agency with local roots in the Midwest and a global reach.  Providing insurance, employee benefits, risk management and financial strategies to clients worldwide, our success can be attributed largely to our people.  Kapnick employs over 100 insurance professionals who have earned a national reputation for anticipating clients’ problems and creating innovative solutions.

In 2009 Ufer & Co. joined forces with Kapnick Insurance Group.

In 2011 Kapnick Insurance Group opened their doors to a newly renovated office building in Ann Arbor. The building  consolidates the two  Ann Arbor offices – Kapnick Insurance Group that was located on Victors Way and the Ufer & Co. office on Stadium Boulevard – to the new Briarwood Circle location.
